| CEDARVILLE UNIVERSITY GRADUATION ACCOMMODATIONS
POLICY |
Each year,
Cedarville University graduates approximately 650-700 students from across the
nation and around the world. Due to the extremely limited availability of
rooms at
Hearthstone
Inn & Suites, the following policy applies to the specific
end-of-academic-year
graduation period for Cedarville University.
1. REQUESTS for accommodations are gladly accepted up to ONE
YEAR prior to the graduation date. We are, however, unable to determine
and confirm reservations until sometime in MARCH of that graduation
year. This is a REQUEST LIST
only.
2. REQUESTS are limited to one
room per family. We regret that, due to space
limitation,
we
are unable to provide multiple rooms for any given graduate's
family.
3. The MINIMUM
stay REQUEST is for two (2) nights, however, the typical family stay is three (3) and sometimes four nights or more.
Missionaries, students with overseas families, and many families traveling
in excess of 1000 miles away often require longer stays.
Our final room confirmations
reflect variables such as number of guests in a room, the type of room needed,
floor preferences due to guests' physical limitations, and dates of
arrival-departure. While the date upon which you make your REQUEST is considered, these additional
factors are also important in the final determination for confirming
accommodations by Hearthstone Inn & Suites.

To Request
Accommodations:
1. Call us at 1-877-OHIO-INN (644-6466) up to one
year in advance.
2. Tell us what your accommodations needs are (how
many guests, which nights you need, etc.) for the dates pertaining to
the Cedarville
University graduation timeframe.
3. Your request will be placed on our REQUEST LIST.
If
we are able to fulfill your request, we will notify you via telephone by
April 1.

If we are not able to fulfill your accommodations needs,
we will keep your request on file.

Should we receive a
cancellation which opens up a room for you, we will promptly notify you
by telephone.
4. You
are most welcome to contact us during the year to update or change your
request, such as changing arrival/departure dates, adding nights or number
of guests, etc.
It is strongly recommended
that those attending Cedarville University graduation and requesting
inclusion on our Request List make
alternative accommodation arrangements at one of the area franchise
motels. Generally, there is a "6 p.m. same-day"
cancellation policy at most of these franchise properties.
Therefore, in the event you are able to secure accommodations at Hearthstone
Inn & Suites, a pre-existing reservation at another motel can be
cancelled easily and should not pose an obstacle to confirming your stay
with us.
We deeply regret that we are unable
to accommodate all requests for the extremely popular Cedarville
University graduation dates. Your understanding is truly
appreciated.
All
rates reflect Single/Double Occupancy. Deluxe Continental Breakfast
included.
Children 12 and under are
complimentary.
